Clear advantages of bib overalls
Whether you wear overalls or not is a matter of taste. However, bib overalls offer a number of distinct advantages.
Firstly, they are more comfortable to wear than ordinary work trousers, which sit tight around the waist, whereas bib overalls rest on the torso instead. In other words, bib overalls are more comfortable around the stomach.
Furthermore, it is possible to adjust the waist on all ENGEL bib overalls, which means that it does not matter if you put on or lose a bit of weight – you simply adjust the girth so the overalls sit as they should.
Secondly, all our bib overalls have a back which connects the bottom part with the braces. This section of fabric, which covers the lower back, helps to prevent the risk of draughts, and thereby protects the kidneys.
Work that requires kneeling or squatting countless times a day increases the risk of clothes separating at the back if you wear ordinary work trousers. This is avoided by wearing bib overalls.
Bib overalls for different occupations
